Activity Form

Use this form to notify the District about section activities taking place away from the usual meeting place, involving an external provider, or requiring an activity permit. POR requires activities to be approved through a locally agreed system. Nights away activities must still be submitted through the separate Nights Away Notification process.

County Group Visit Assurance Form

For members of County and District Teams to complete when visiting a Scout Group. It provides a consistent record of the visit, any support identified and any follow-up actions agreed.
